REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the delivery of the product. **Returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS on Monday or Tuesday only.**

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 3 days

The product is in its original packaging, including 15lbs of dry ice per box.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, when returning to Glacier Grown.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Glacier Grown is not responsible for damage to perishable products left unrefrigerated/frozen after delivery time. You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery time if your product is damaged.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
