You will receive 2-3 packs rib steaks, 2 packs T-Bones/NY strips, 2 packs sirloin steaks, 1 flank steak, skirt steak or tri-tip (some bundles will not have a flank/skirt/tri-tip), 5 lbs ground beef (1 lb packs)
**bundles will weigh between 16 – 18 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions if necessary or could add additional items to get to the stated weight.
