You will receive 1 pack of grilling steaks (T-bone, rib steak, sirloin, NY Strip), 1 roast (sirloin tip/round/rump/arm OR chuck), 2 packs ground beef (1lb packs), and approximately 3 lbs of other cuts (stew, cube steak, round steak, short ribs, shanks/soup bones, etc) to get your bundle to 10 lbs.
*bundles will weigh approx. between 9 – 11 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions, if necessary, to bring your bundle to the expected weight.
PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING - We will be in touch regarding your ship date. (*We ship UPS or Fed Ex 3 Day Ground. If your order has to ship 4-Day FedEx or UPS, there will be a $10-$15 surcharge per box. Most orders going to the East Coast or South fall into this category)
