You will receive 1 pack of grilling steaks (T-bone, rib steak, sirloin, NY Strip), 1 roast (sirloin tip/round/rump/arm OR chuck), 2 packs ground bison (1lb packs), and approximately 3 lbs of other cuts (stew, cube steak, round steak, short ribs, shanks/soup bones, etc) to get your bundle to 10 lbs.
*bundles will weigh approx. between 9 – 11 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions, if necessary, to bring your bundle to the expected weight.

I have to tell you, when I picked up the meat on Sunday, I immediately took out 2 packs of T-bone steaks and a pack of soup bones. I defrosted them, then started the soup bones to boil with some beans and veggies.
Last night, we had an INCREDIBLE dinner. The steaks were amazing. And I have to tell you, normally, I get very weighted down and can’t eat much red meat because I feel too “heavy”. Mostly I can eat 4-6 ounces at a time. Last night, I ate an ENTIRE T-bone buffalo steak with no problems and woke up this morning HUNGRY. My husband said that it was the tastiest steak that he’d ever had! That, for me, is a sign of incredibly healthy and fresh meat.
