I cannot thank you enough for your product. I have been buying bison for years from Whole Foods. I actually stopped buying their ground bison due to its lack of flavor. Last night we made bison burgers. You would have thought I hadn’t fed my family in a week the way they devoured them. All I can say is I hope I didn’t make a mistake by only ordering a 1/4 bison instead of a half! I will have to see how long I can make it last. Can’t wait for next year. You have a customer for life.
