You will receive 3 packs of high end grilling steaks (rib steaks, T-Bones/NY strips, sirloins) 2-3 roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin tip, round) 10 pounds of premium ground beef (approx. 1 lb packs) a variety of other cuts (short ribs, stew meat, round steaks, cubed steaks, ball-tip steaks, shanks/osso bucco, etc) to equal approximately 32 lbs.
*bundles will weigh between 30-34 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions if necessary or could add additional items to get to the stated weight.
