-Glacier Grown grass fed and grass finished bison are free ranged on pesticide-free grass from birth to harvest. No chemicals, hormones, or antibiotics are used
You will receive 3 packs of high end grilling steaks (rib steaks, T-Bones/NY strips, sirloins), 2-3 roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin tip, round, arm), 10 packs of premium ground bison (1 lb packs), and a variety of other cuts (short ribs, stew meat, round steaks, cubed steaks, shanks/osso bucco, etc ) to equal approximately 30 lbs.
*bundles will weigh approx. between 28 – 32 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions if necessary or could add additional items to get to the stated weight.
