Grass Fed Bison Basic Bundle w/ a Brisket - average 32 lbs = $549.12
You will receive 3 packs of high end grilling steaks (rib steaks, T-Bones/NY strips, sirloins), 2-3 roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin tip, round, arm), 1 Brisket, 10 packs of premium ground bison (1 lb packs), and a variety of other cuts (short ribs, stew meat, round steaks, cubed steaks, shanks/osso bucco, etc ) to equal approximately 30 lbs.
*bundles will weigh approx. between 30 – 34 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions if necessary or could add additional items to get to the stated weight.
PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING FOR 3 DAY GROUND - THAT'S MOST ORDERS - We will be in touch regarding your ship date. (*if we cannot reach you in 3 days via Ground, there will be an additional shipping charge. Most orders going to the East Coast or South fall into this category - contact us before placing your order and we will check the shipping timing.)
