-Glacier Grown grass fed and grass finished bison are free ranged on pesticide-free grass from birth to harvest. No chemicals, hormones, or antibiotics are used.
You will receive 2 packs rib steaks, 2 packs T-Bones/NY strips, 1-2 packs sirloin steaks, 1 flank steak, skirt steak or tri-tip (some bundles will not have a flank/skirt/tri-tip), 5 lbs ground bison (1 lb packs)
**bundles will weigh between 15 – 18 lbs. We will make comparable substitutions if necessary or could add additional items to get to the stated weight.

I cannot thank you enough for your product. I have been buying bison for years from Whole Foods. I actually stopped buying their ground bison due to its lack of flavor. Last nite we made bison burgers. You would have thought I hadn’t fed my family in a week the way they devoured them. All I can say is I hope I didn’t make a mistake by only ordering a 1/4 bison instead of a half! I will have to see how long I can make it last. Can’t wait for next year. You have a customer for life.
