Beef Basic Bundle w/ a Brisket - average 34 lbs =$490.68
You will receive 3 packs of grilling steaks (rib steaks, T-Bones/NY strips, sirloins), 2-3 roasts (chucks, sirloin tip, round, rump, arm), 1 brisket, 10 packs of premium ground beef (1lb packs), and a variety of other cuts (short ribs, stew meat, round steaks, cubed steaks, shanks/osso bucco) to equal approximately 36 lbs.
*bundles will weigh between 33-36 lbs. If we are out of any of the above, we will make comparable substitutions and possibly add items to reach the expected weight.
PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING - We will be in touch regarding your ship date. (*We ship UPS or Fed Ex 3 Day Ground. If your order has to ship 4-Day FedEx or UPS, there will be a $10-$15 surcharge per box. Most orders going to the East Coast or South fall into this category)
