Beef Basic Bundle w/ a Brisket - average 34 lbs =$510.48
You will receive 3 packs of grilling steaks (rib steaks, T-Bones/NY strips, sirloins), 2-3 roasts (chucks, sirloin tip, round, rump, arm), 1 brisket, 10 packs of premium ground beef (1lb packs), and a variety of other cuts (short ribs, stew meat, round steaks, cubed steaks, shanks/osso bucco) to equal approximately 36 lbs.
*bundles will weigh between 33-35 lbs. If we are out of any of the above, we will make comparable substitutions and possibly add items to reach the expected weight.
